Return/Refund Policy:

For online purchases, Prey Couture Clothing & Shoe Design will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales receipt.  We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.  Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.  Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.  Full-priced merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery; however sale merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery.  Items purchased through our partnership boutiques and stores, must be returned to the place of purchase.  Please note that shipping cost will not be subject to refund and that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.  

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are included with each shipment.  Every effort will be made to insure prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

We recommend shipping return merchandise via UPS/FED EX/DHL or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.  Prey Couture Clothing & Shoe Design will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are mishandled, stolen or lost.

Certain items are shipped with a return/exchange tag attached.  Return and exchanges on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact and the return instructions above are followed.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Prey Couture Clothing & Shoe Design sole discretion.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

For security reasons, Prey Couture Clothing & Shoe Design online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery.  In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS/FED EX or DHL.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS/FED EX/DHL, next day, second day or ground).  Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Prey Couture Clothing & Shoe Design cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Tracking:

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.  In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS/FED EX/DHL that your purchase has been delivered.

To insure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery.  If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to priority@preycoutureclothing.com.
